I don`t miss Springfield,but the old days in the gyms there were great times.

I work out now. I don't train hard anymore. Too busy to be sore all the time and too busy to fight the soreness properly. If you train hard you know what I mean. Now I just don't want to die young. I look fairly close to the pics with no tan still. Like I said, hairy now cause I don't shave anymore... bulkier. I weigh around 220 right now and was about 200 on the nose in those pics.

Sucks to get older though. I used to workout hard and heavy every single workout. My body just stopped cooperating a few years ago.

Been on here since 2004, didn't post much back in the day, mostly lurked! Just curious about something ,I had about 300 posts or so that were lost in my post count! They were on a different computer different IP# what would have happened with them?

I always lose posts. Thread get deleted you lose everything you posted in the thread etc.
