Well here is a more current picture as requested. I cannot supply anymore bodybuilding ones until I get them from a friend of mine. This was the last time I competed in either sport...maybe 3-4 years ago.

I heard that Ron is just busy on a trek through the desert in search of inner peace and will return shortly in an even more enlightened state.

Hmm... would have to dig out actuals from sheets and old Powerlifting USA's for exacts because after a lot of shows things kind of blend together.

My best lifts at around 220 in the gym? 375 bench (sore subject I desperately wanted to bench 405 and if I ever hit the lottery would be the SINGLE reason I ever competed again), 550 squat, 615 deadlift.

Official lifts in meets? 365 bench, 545 squat (red lighted on some heavier attempts etc.), and 605 deadlift. Those were at 198 though mostly. I stayed in pretty good shape even though I trained for strength as you can see from the pics. And this is why I was able to do both "sports."

And those may not have been all at one show etc.

Forgot to add those are all in drug tested Raw shows. Like in the picture, nothing but a wrestling singlet and a belt. I never competed in a suit or used knee / wrist wraps.

For a short time, in the Raw division, I cracked the top ten (ninth) total in the USA at 198. Have powerlifting USA's with pics etc. Good times.

Fuck it sucks getting old.
