After doing it the natural way, at what age do you think a woman should take it? At what age does it really start to decrease?

I am NOT a endocrinologist. But the best way to decide is to get bloodwork and check your IGF levels. If they are below what a healthy young adult should be at, I'd say youre a prime candidate for HRT to optimize your levels. This rule of thumb can and should be used for ANY medical decision. Get your bloodwork done people! I want to be in the supra physiological range for IGF and free test, so HRT is a very good thing IMO.

Anecdotally, I like what the ofher posters are recommending, between age 35-40.

38, it starts to slow down for all of us. I say one should start using at age 30. You can still get away with it in your 20's. So hold out two more years. Like I tell the young ones... wait until you turn 21 to use PED. Let the body finish growing. 21-29 PED for sports. 30 and over... PED for anti aging and high quality of life... if you want to wait until 40, like wez said... that is cool too... I just feel, personally... that 30 is the time to start for anti aging purposes...

Happy New Year
I am 38 .. yes, it is not 30 and 30 is not 25 etc  ;D

The body is just not what it used to be

That's the thing if you have naturally high IGF levels you may not see much from GH especially when younger. But if your IGF levels are low you will see a tremendous difference. Now if you are an old geezer like me you can be pretty sure your levels are low. Ken

Yes exactly. And I see no reason to fuck with someone's already healthy, high levels.

There's dudes here who swear up and down you're on 6-8IU pharm grade, easily.

Personally, I could care less either way, and I believe you could be NOT using it, but what do you say to the doubters?

I wish I was doing 6-8 iu of pharma! Really though I have nothing to gain on the level of self worth to not be honest about what I use. I have a deeper sense of who I am to do that.

Yeah...I believe you bro. You're a straight shooter about everything else. Cheers.
