I am beginning to agree aesthetically speaking.

When I went to my endo I talked to him about either going on test or gh or both and the concensus was GH was the safer option since it wasn't gonna shut me down for life potentially etc and I wasn't gonna need to add in a whole bunch of drugs for PCT (nolva, dex, HCG....blah blah blah), so I choose GH.

Now I find it fucking impossible to go low carb on gh (and I know I am carb sensitive) cos it makes me hypo, especially since I do tons and tons of cardio and its making me look worse and so far I have ZERO results from it asthetically. The only thing its helping me with is my shoulder problems.

And more worryingly my fasting blood glucose levels are creeping up and up, first it was like 5, then 5.5 and now this morning its shot up to 6.2, and apparently if it gets past 7 then technically you are diabetic.

So now I don't know what the fuck to do.

I just turned 35.

I used to be extremely fat (obese), I quit training for 3 years because I damaged my back L4/l5 hierniated disc problems from heavy deadlifting/squatting etc and my life took a different turn.

Became very depressed for long time, was drinking heavily and gambling literally every day.

Got in the gym last Jan (nearly 1 year now) lost over 80lb (I will try and find some old pics so u can see cos u wouldn't recognize me)


just really sick of constantly dieting all the time and feeling like shit.

I just want a normal regular beach body that looks good to the average person.

For me just to be able to take a vacaction and not feel like a fat fuck or be made fun of for once in my life would be a great achievement.

I am not trying to be  a beast on you guys levels and just wanted a little bit of help with my goals.

run some test with the gh

you will get a sense of well being

which will translate into gains

gh on its own will help you with sleep

and might have some fat reducing benefits long term

but its an expensive way of doing it
