tums are calcium pills meant to offset meat eating

eskimos have the highest rates of osteoperosis since there diet mainly consists of meat. a no brainer there

i havent ate meat since late 2007 i bet my bones are fucking DENSE

the thing is with eating meat you can stay fuller longer not nearly as hungry. and you have a little bit more power but you have less stamina, weaker bones

i was saying some months back talking about silvers baldness so now we can also correlate that with osteoperosis even when your seemingly fit like silver, who's nothing really fit at all hes just some skinny lean black guy would  would get killed by someone like me

i dont think we know if they have hair or not unless you have a study to back it up

but the osteoperosis study is the only tangible evidence linking meat eating to weak bones

the two do NOT coincide

for infinite energy without infinite health=fat and carbs
this will not lead to infinite health but youll have tons of energy but eventually all the fat consuming will fuck up your back because youll be working out more with all that good food but it catches up with you

infinite health=vegetarian diet, wont be super strong, will have plenty of energy  almost infinite energy but about 20 percent less energy if you were to eat tons of sugar and fat all day

vegetarian diet youll be eating lots of pretzels and grapejuice all day and fat free popcorn but put in a good 7 hours on your feet ALL DAY EVERYDAY. this is a good accomplishement. no one really thinkgs preztels are good for you but they are a perfect carb source without having to shit all the time like you would if you had exclusively fruits and zero grains.

i save oatmeal with shitloads of maple syrup for breakfast and at night great food will help you shit and gives you energy and health
