never touched anything. .no steroids. .I have used ephedra..it got me shredded. .but I looked flat. .I cant use ephedra while working on board due to drug testing. .one guy got fired from using it..tested positive for amphetamines.

yes, i believe your physique can be achieved with good genetics and discipline and without roids.

Go 4 It,the guy on my right was a lifetime natty,a bit shorter than you,but in his early 40`s.

He beat me 1 out of 3 times and I was on gear...not a lot of gear mind you,but gear just the same.

I agree with others here and will say,you have one of the best natty builds for your height I`ve ever seen,and I`ve been around this shit for a few weeks now.
