looking great Mazda. Do you eat very strict to look like that?
Look Sev, i eat very strict during the summer. Chicken breast, rice, potatoes,, cucumber and broccoli egg whites and sometimes beef. I start my cutting period with a large variety of food and portions, but every week i remove foods, i change them (fo istanse i remove the oats and i replace them with potato), until i reach the point to eat only fish, chicken, potatoes, cucumberall day long for 2 weeks!!! Another "secret": morning cardio 6 times a week for 40-50 minutes.
Thats the point that i am extremely lean but flat. And then i stop the cardio i add pack rice and beet and boom, i look like that, but at 70-71 kgs.
I don't use anything. People don't believe me, but they see me carrying my meals at work and what i eat and how i train. I am to scare of drugs, my dad died from heart attack and i don't want to have health problems. Althought that kind of cutting diet that i follow is not the healthiest...
I always use supps. This summer i took PES Alphamine and PES Erase Pro.
