Some impressive photos in this thread. (No homo...disturbing how many of you are forgetting to add this). There are more serious lifters here then I even realized after all these years. I always assume we have more Shitzo posers then real lifters.

I don't think the have the deep separation that you have. Plus the Bouncer is clearly a homosexual.

I know much of that separation is genetic. looks fuckin sick! I lack that crazy separarion even when I'm on contest shape

One thing I`ll say is that regardless of hormone usage,and I never really use all that much in most cases,I diet like a fucking Spartan...I mean really strict and eat clean most of the off season also.

I can`t see how some guys eat like shit and still get ripped to shreds......must be the GH and fatburners along with the slin......I just use 1-2 Bronkaid tabs pre-workout just because I train early AM,I`ve never used any T3 or T4,Clebuterol, or any of that silly shit.

Yup,for me it`s use the smallest amount necessary to hit my goal,in the pics of me at 57 in this thread,I believe I used the most gear I ever had in my life...still nothing crazy.

I may be a dying breed and don`t want to sound like an Animal Pak ad,but I love to inflict pain upon myself when I train,and to deny myself tasty foods.

Old school upbringing in the gyms of old back when people trained using full range of motion,focused on the workouts 100%,and dieted strictly.

Anything else would be downright civilized!! LOL
