in jersey middles 55'5/5'7/8and all names in vowels lol...i trained around and with some great local guys ,it was great time.posing in locker room no homo' and guys standing there nodding when u hit a pose and everything popped..days are over..

I noticed a lot of humping heavy gear in the military for some reason made my lower body leaner and more solid, even when I got fat as fuck during my health problems. They were never like that before the military.

there is something tp be said gor carrying shit tons of weight around day in and day out woth regards to leg size/leanness.

I remember that from my Army days but I always powerlifted for Army while in so it could have been the combo.

Thanks nj......real tough diet.......lots of dry canned tuna,and lots of cardio.

I ate so much fucking tuna,that I would start to gag eating it and started putting a forkful in my mouth and washing it down with water like you would an aspirin.


It pisses me off that some came out so small..I`m pretty vascular but you can`t tell with the small pics.
