"Taken after our training session yesterday. Coach Neil Hill looks on giving me the green light for the forth coming 212 Arnold Classic! It's always great to train even better to get his approval. Sitting at 220 9wks big thanks to mam and dad for all the Christmas feeding. Now it's back to Yoda's diet!!!"

Can David Henry, Jose Raymond, Quincy Winklaar or anyone else competing (Aaron Clark, Charles Dixon, Richard “Tricky” Jackson, Stan McQuay, Marco Rivera and Angel Rangel Vargas) beat Flex?

Flex is block compared to Henry.
Condition will be deciding factor, not size. Raymond will take both out as flex has been playing the mass game.

I'm wondering why he doesn't just compete in the Open from now on - he'd stand a very good chance and surely the prize money is better at say 3rd or 4th place at the Arnold than what you'd get for winning the 212 class?

Neil Hill found new source of ifg1 lr3 for flex. Last 212, flex looked like American simple bber...... he had no source...
But now Yoda worked hard....extra hard to find source for his pupil.
