You got to keep that balance, anymore and the chicks won't dig you, you are at that critical point now, all you need now is a tan, that's it.
you dont flex in front of chicks

to look impresive relaxed and clothed requires A LOT MORE size than looking impressive topless flexing ur eyes out

no chick in the right mind would think this is too big (too big usually means too fat/distended)

Thanks man.

The weirdest thing for me with legs is that body weight type exercises make my legs respond best. Like I could squat 400lbs for like 8 reps and nothing would happen.

The I would do like bunny hops or jump squats and next day I would get the craziest doms.

My biceps on the other hand it don't matter what I do, heavy, light, high rep, low rep, rest pause, it don't matter nothing works, its a joke....8 months and I haven't been able to put 1cm on my biceps.

I believe anyone can get gains if they train.. it depends on how they train... you just need to do your research...
choice is an illusion

i remember as delusional natural i asked flex wheeler what he thought of 5x5 routine for bb

he said it's nonsense and that STRENGTH COMES AUTOMATICALLY

i straight up asked him about peds and he said it's up to you

then i got the juice and he was right STRENGTH COMES AUTOMATICALLY, which means no concern about it and focus on the quality reps

roids are good
I used to tell you that years ago, told you to use Giant-Sets too but you got mad at me.

That intensity stuff works really well bro,it`s not always about poundage,it`s about achieving a good pump and establishing a good mind to muscle connection with just the right amount of weight to stimulate gains/progress.

Anyway,you look much much better.......props.

The irony of it all huh?

I kill my legs with very little in the way of gains, but they have improved a lot.

Arms aren`t a strong point for me either...in fact I have no strong points!  LOL  :(

I have the shittiest genetics ever, just too fucking stubborn to quit.
lol

bertil fox thought the same thing

i lifted natural fro 11 years or so

it's all bullshit

not for me... ive seen guys in the gym who lifted many years before me and the still look the same...
because 90% of people dont kno how to train and also dont train hard...
yes genetics play a factor but still i believe anyone can make good gains if they train properly

what i usually do is i do 4 sets or so and the first set will be the heaviest weight

with minimal 6-8 reps

then the other sets decrease weight to get enough decent reps in

then over time get the weight of the first set for all sets, then time to add weight for the next workout first set and so on

this because there has to be some poundage advancement as well according to wildrabass and iris kyle's husband the huge hebrew

what the hell is a giant set again? is it a superset of some sorts?

All this talk of 18"+ is astonishing to me, i am over the moon my arms have gone back to 16" ha ha. In 3 months ive gone from 14.5" and curling 10KG / 22lb dumbbells for 10 to 16" and curling 22KG / 48lb dumbbells for 10 and i couldnt be happier. I know thats absolutely nothing of note in comparison to most people on this forum but it shows to me that the effort is worth it and that im reaching my goals.

I can not imagine ever having 18" arms, never mind anything close to 20! Realistically, i think if i ever reach 17" i'll be maxed out, my genetics are definitely stronger in my legs. I envy you all.

No shit,I guees his patience paid off or he was a fantastic responder to drugs.

A Giant-Set is 4-6 exercises done in a row with no rest until you finish the last exrercise.

Tri-Set.3 exercises done in the same fashion

Super-Sets-2 exercises performed as above.

As far as progressive resistance goes,I do believe in it up to a point, but I`ve been doing this shit forever, how come I`m not benching a million pounds or curling the 200 pound dumbells?

I have used some impressive (for me) weights, but I honestly get better results doing curls with the 30 pounders as opposed to the 70 pounders due to the fact that I can concentrate more on building/pumping the biceps as opposed to just trying to muscle up the weight from Point A to Point B.

One thing we all should do though,is to do what works best for us,but to never be afraid to try something new,as long as it has valid concepts to it.

This guy is a sick, my kinda body, wide appeal to normal folk etc.

I tried this heavy giant set stuff, really works better than going super heavy all the time. I am basing most my workouts around this type of thing.

You think he is natty? Looks natty to me.

doubt it but not impossible to imagine

DOUBTFUL

this is so true atleast when it comes to me. I used to train with heavy weights just to be stronger and did lile 1-5 reps each set with alot of rwst btw...men when i started to leave my ego home and train with intensity and lowered the weigths with 30% and go  for the pump with muck more reps and kntensity my body got alot bigger with better shape. At 22 i did 600lbs in the squat but my legs looked like three stumps and when i started to train lighter and with 12-15 reps they got alot bigger with much better  shape,  i  got sweep and more cuts..

.the best thing  anyone can advice to someone that just want to be big is leave the ego home.

i think what flex said is key

strength is important

but it should come automatically

more drugs more strength ::)

focusing on strength itself will just make you more efficient at that movement not blow up the muscle

if proper form and rep range are used then only drugs will make the strength go up

you see as natural you can only get some strength by grinding super low reps, high reps, forget about strength

SO STRENGTH IS ALL LOW REP JOINT TENDONS

OR HIGH REP ALL DRUGS

Yup,it`s called bodybuilding,not weightlifting.

I started out powerlifting so did the heavy thing for eons, all I got was real fucking strong for my size.

Once I lowered the poundages and ate better of course,I grew some.

I now look gruesome as hell.  ;)

What`s up mes,happy new year bro.  ;)

I never take measurements.......it`s too discouraging,if it looks good in the mirror, that`s all I care about.

How many times has a complete stranger ever walked up to you on the street with a tape and asked to measure your arms.......it`s only happened in my case 8 or 9 times.  LOL  :D
