Superman is my favorite. But he'd lose.

DC has it's own version of the Hulk. It's Doomsday. A psychotic giant indestructible force that gets stronger and more violent the more often it loses. And we know what happened when Supes went against Doomsday.

So even DC's version of the Hulk beats Superman.

Superman Prime destroys any version of the Hulk of course. But then, Superman Prime is the equivalent of Galactus.

Superman wins if he wants to. Superman never uses his full powers. Everyone talks about how strong these two are but Superman is as fast as the speed of light. Hulk wouldn't be able to even touch him. It all depends on how far Superman wants to take it, and if he wanted to Hulk would be torn to shreds, then his detached body parts burnt with x-ray vision and his ashes spread.
