I Was An NFL Player Until I Was Fired By Two Cowards And A Bigot

Sooo, what's the problem? Punters are pretty replaceable, and they decided to go with one who was less headache.  Dude hasn't caught on elsewhere, so what does that tell you?  I am sure however, that some butthurt civil rights lawyer will now get in the mix, and have some argument for an "Affirmative Action" for minority sympathizers, because their rights are being trampled on for sticking up for them. When does it stop?  It's only a matter of time before we head down that road.

42 points in the first half against CHI.    Not pretty.

Aaron Rogers is the tinkerbell who bet 8.5 million dollars that baseballs Ryan Braun was clean and doesn't use PED's. I believe Rogers also said that someone messed with Braun's sample. That's how much of a scumbag Rodgers is.

Gotta say, don't really care. Dude is a phenomenal QB, exciting as hell to watch. Sure hope it ain't his partner outing him, though. Unless it was Aaron's idea, that shit is dirty.

lol and brees isnt a douchebag?

brees hamstrug his team for a huge contract that saw them release key players necessary for the teams success. thats why they have underachived for the past 4 years and still havent recovered.

dont put brees in the same category as brady when it comes to class. brady turned down big money to keep a lot of guys around him the last time he signed. he could have been the highest paid qb in the league. in a league where contracts = bragging rights it speaks volumes of bradys class.

plus rodgers waited patiently behind favre for his shot at the starting job. he didnt create drama. just did his job. again in a league full of prima donnas thats solid.

I just hate Green Bay always have  ;D

Rodgers got his chance to start in 07 against the Cowboys when Favre got injured and both teams were 10-1 I believe

Almost became a 49ers , his fav team growing up

I'll take Peyton over both, Brees a close second. But no one was more exciting than Warner with the Rams, not in my lifetime. Like watching the Magic-era Lakers but with helmets.

C'mon, guy, that ain't fair. Warner tied that shit with just over a minute to go, he was fantastic. Their defense simply choked in short order, and gave up the the long FG. Not downplaying Brady at all, dude's a legend, but Warner was hardly outmatched.

The bold stuff sucks, hadn't heard anything negative before about either. Is what it is, I guess, about Brees, anyway. Shame. But I more apt to go with no one about Rodgers there on the bottom. Selfless move; plus, he just always comes across as decent, classy cat. Don't wanna believe it. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt for now.

I turned in seeing he had 6 TDs in the first half - was hoping he'd get 8 or 9.  Woke up, 6.

Rodgers was DESTROYING the Bears.  It didn't warrants its own thread, but this one popped up when I searched old threads for Rodgers.

Dude looks like the MVP.   Peyton, Brady are good.  But Rodgers could score 80 points a night easily.

Yesterday is whyy I don't give a fuck about Peyton's TD record of 7 in a game.  If Rogers played the second half I bet he would have finished with a dozen easily.

Sorta....yeah Brady's contract was undervalued, but it's set up so that all $57 million is gonna be guaranteed.

The other thing to consider here is that Brady didn't really get any additional weapons from the extra cap space.  Danny Amendola has been their biggest offensive free-agent signing.  Meanwhile, John Elway has been amassing an armada for Peyton, in spite of the big cap hit Manning poses.

Considering that Belichek is a major-league asshole who will probably end up trading Brady to the Texans, Tom Brady should have just gone for the big money....the level of talent on the team would have been similar, even with $5-10 million less cap space.
