and it doesnt seem to affect it much

he pulls it off well because he still had a good quality and density

his recession patter seems similar to mine but it looks a lot worse in my case because the hair is more shitty looking not shiny

Some hair transplants look horrible. A good surgeon with an artistic eye can do wonders. A lot depends on what a patients hair is like pre-transplant.
