I believe it.

What Arnold did with his body is amazing. No other human that has ever lived made more money and done so much with his physique alone. Honestly, the man conquered the world with it.

He was not just a bodybuilder, no one in the body-building scene today has anything in common with him. read his autobiography and listen to all the accounts of people who knew him when he was young, he had crazy ambition and an extra-ordinarily strong will. He used to train with weights after going through arduous military drills throughout the day, and he actually won many competitions like that.

You don't just travel out of post world war 2 Austria, and become the most aesthetic bodybuilder in the history of the world ,graduate from Princeton ,then become the biggest action star ,and governor of California by being lucky.

Arnold was 252 lbs with 22" arms?    Roll Eyes   Did Guiness verify this or take Arnold's word for it?

Guiness records are exaggerated bullshit and lies.

One of the best books to read on arnold is "arnold schwarzenegger conversations" stories from people all through arnolds life. As mentioned there really is no one like arnold, his drive is insane.

Strange, but I have another edition of the Guiness Book of World's Records (from the 1980's) and it says that Arnold was 6'1", 235 pounds, with 57" chest and 22" upper arms. I had the book since I was a little kid. It's from the early 80's. So, clearly there's a discrepancy.
