so i went home

may hit the clubs now showing off the roid inflated arms

same problem too. I think us ectomorphic guys just have to deal with it though. keep in mind...Even phil heath does not look like a huge guy In clothes I saw the dude at an airport. Looked well built but no freak factor. (we all know he looks amazing in a tank top though)

no matter how much muscle you carry if you have narrow clavicles its going to be very hard to be a big dude in clothes.. sucks

A little trick for you: When youre at the club, sneak away to the bathroom a few times and make sure no one is in there. Place your hands on the sink or wall and do some pushups. Put your hands close together for triceps, then far apart for more chest. Do like 25 reps, 1-2 sets of each. Make sure you squeeze to get the blood flowing. This will help with vascularity and pump.

I did the fairly tight designer quality tee shirt thing for awhile but after a certain age no matter how in shape you are you look like a tool. Same goes for wearing any type of sneakers. You want chicks to do a double take in a room full of Michael Jordans sneakers? Where some $200 Cole Hann shoes or a similar quality brand to the clubs, casinos or restaurants. Women dig guys that dress like a GQ man not a boy. When I went to college back in the stone age late 70's and early 80's girls actually wore heels and dresses on many days. Now it's a ratty disney land tee shirt with dirty looking jeans.

I'm giving you guys gold. I hope you realize it. Ehhhh, yutes is wasted on yutes.
