I am never a hater because what kali lifts has no impact on me, but as an experienced lifter this video confirms to me he did use fake weights. He tapped the wights t prove they were real in THIS video but he did it on the smith. Smith is significantly easier that free weights , and he struggled on smith, where he did 495 or 500 on free.... he did 450 on smith and not in the same ball park

I know that.. didnt say it was. But he had 405 on free weights toying with it stopping talking then pushing more reps... lauhing and he did 495... that is light years heavier that 455 on smith....
doesnt add up

Some of the smith racks do have an mechanism that allows for the adjustment of the amount of assistance. From no assistance to a whole lot or you can set the resistance high as well. I've used them for negatives. Could he be using one of these?

i have stated he is very strong on his old video i saw him bench 500 and 550...or something like that for a single, 405 for 10
but his last video the newer ne he paused on incline press with 405 laugh talked and knocked out an additional 8 to 10 reps
