Eassssily could have died. I was waiting to see an article stating that he had passed. I was amazed that he lived.

Bad staph infections smell putrid. The only worst smell I've encountered was a GI bleed. I was visiting the ER to pick up a friend, bumped into my mom and chatted for a moment and she started jumping around warning me about a patient coming in. I didn't see anyone in the halls but smelled the worst smell in my life. Nothing tops a GI bleed. It had tenured ER doctors and nurses weak in the knees. I have a strong stomach but I barely made it out of there without puking. Eyes were watering, nose was wet and I was salivating like crazy.

I never got into training MMA but a lot of my friends do and said to come down to the club. I was going to join just got something to do outside of bodybuilding, then there was a staph outbreak. Nope. Fuck that shit. I'll just throw hands at the punching bag in my garage for some staph-free cardio. Those dudes are pretty sanitary but it just takes one dude to infect the whole gym.

My buds all have a good circle at the local MMA club and I was right about to join. They were telling me about how cleanly it was, then their first staph infection broke out. I can't afford to have one of them dislocate my shoulder welcoming me to their gym, let alone a staph infection. It's almost impossible to avoid.
