Man I only did one cycle...and it was for a bodybuilding show. Not for bulking. I always followed the principle of higher protein. You don't want to gain crap you want to gain muscle. Eat more protein.

the food theory remains a strange one
i read a book by a phd fella on sports nutrition, there was a chapter about bb
he said bbers are crazy to think eating more protein will cause more growth if there is not more calories
he said body operates on an "energy first" mechanism and will use all that protein for energy to maintain bw and live
only on top of that energy additional bodymass can be developed
so if you are not eating enough calories you can eat hundreds of grams of protein it wont work

BUT IS IT A BB FACT OR JUST A SCIENTIFIC FACT
