I bet that V8 has lots of anti-oxidant & anti-inflammatory compounds in it.
PS- Ive been stretching my lower back (and all body parts) BEFORE I go to bed at night. I sleep better. And I wake up with less stiffness and I feel like Im ready to jump out of bed in the morning.
i was dealing with back pain for about 6 months straight, its 100 percent diet related.
first i was just trying to lose weight and that helped (low calories balanced macros)
but it was still bad pain and limited range of motion when i would try to raise my right leg
took me a while to figure out the best macros wich is basically eat what i want just keep it low fat and a shitload of v8
