im so glad that my chronic low back pain is completely gone

had it for months and months. it was all due to the high acid load of the food i was eating

too much fat

not enough v8 juice

that v8 juice in large quantities is no joke you have crazy energy, not heart racing energy but just energy in its purest form all day eat with regular carbs and youll get alot done

now im thinking two 64 ounce jugs of this stuff is required perday i get the low sodium kind wich taste better

i was drinking one 64 ounce but the more i drink the stuff the better i feel probably need 2 a day

have alot of grits in the morning probably 2 cups dried
during the day v8 and pretzels
come home have oatmeal with maple syrup and raison bran cereal

plus alot more carbs and v8

I bet that V8 has lots of anti-oxidant & anti-inflammatory compounds in it.

PS- Ive been stretching my lower back (and all body parts) BEFORE I go to bed at night. I sleep better. And I wake up with less stiffness and I feel like Im ready to jump out of bed in the morning.

i was dealing with back pain for about 6 months straight, its 100 percent diet related.

first i was just trying to lose weight and that helped (low calories balanced macros)

but it was still bad pain and limited range of motion when i would try to raise my right leg

took me a while to figure out the best macros wich is basically eat what i want just keep it low fat and a shitload of v8

I'm pretty sure that your back pain is all mental. Probably stress. It's not the v8 it's you thinking positive
and mentally thinking it better. Read Dr. John Sarnos books and learn the truth about back pain.
