now I'm sick... fucking flu.

I gotta sit at my desk and watch and listen to this stupid guy walk around and "cough" like he's got fucking TB or something while he's working out... same guy was doing it a few days ago, and now it feels like I have a horse sitting on my chest, my whole body hurts like I went tumbling down the side of a mountain, and I have like 1minute from the time I realize I need to take a piss, to the time I NEED TO PISS. if it wasn't for the chunks of brown shit I'm coughing up I'd think I had congestive heart failure or something.

50/50 chance the poorly filtered test has something to do with it though as well...

That whats I had to do over winter break :(

Missed a lot of gym time. I got a bench / squat rack and weights at home but no cardio machines.

I was sick as a dog yesterday at my gym. Of course, it's in my basement. That said, I got a few complaints from my wife....who gave me this damn virus!

I don't think that it is a good idea to train while sick, but I have a form of OCD that makes me train compulsively.

I always keep hand sanitizer in my gym bag now, I never used to until I got a raging eye infection at the YMCA...

I worked near someone who would just cough all fucking day every day 365 days a year.  It got to the point where I wanted to go and smash their face in, then my manager just told me to close my door instead.  That helped.

I just got over it. I had a bad cold it got better for a couple of days and then it hit me again this time much worse. I went to the doc and got some anti biotics. Go to the doctor if you're coughing up thick yellow or brown shit that's a bad sign.
