Aren't there a lot of people who have issues with niacin? Like hot flushes and stuff?
Don't know how severe of a problem that would be. Then again, I understand that there's more stuff in those products that might cause problems for some people.

Niacin flush is a normal effect. Some sissy boys don't like the flush feeling but all that happens is your skin gets warm for a few minutes and you feel a tad warmer. It means your blood vessels are dilating and good shit is occurring on your insides.

What was the supplement called that you put a drop under your tongue for it to be absorbed by the buchal tract, and was supposed to increase testosterone.it had a warning on the bottle saying "warning, may increase the size of penis".

What's the point of putting niacin in?  A "warm" feeling? It can be uncomfortable for some people, and the vasodilation can be achieved through other ingredients

It's because niacin is cheap. The other reason it makes you flush red and for some sends tingles down your skin. Some get a warm feeling like they took a shot of brandy. When teenagers take the "snake oil" and get that reaction they think, Wow, this stuff is powerful. It must be doing something to pack on muscle.

Some supplements back in the day actually had steroids in them. No, bs. Sports Illustrated did a piece on that awhile back.

That was it,smilax officianalis,i remember talking to Frank Richards about it,and he said it "could" work,if you drank about a gallon a day,but one drop under the tongue would do nothing.

Niacin plus whisky for a good pump at the gym. Blotchy red pattern and tingling like you are having a stroke. Good old days.

What about liquid liver? Apparently it's used by anglers as bait to attract fish but it used to be a big bodybuilding supplement in the 80's. Probably full of mad cow disease.
