imho......maybe the most complete bodybuilder of all time.....really wasn't lacking anything.......great posing presentation as well.

beautiful physique and nice small waist.

certainly right up there with kevin, shawn and flex.

Cormier had zero structural flaws. Where there bigger bodybuilders? Yes. We're there bodybuilders with freakier parts? Yes. But overall Cormier was more complete than Ronnie. Cormier had calves and better abs and can pose. Ronnie was freakier, had better work ethic and pretty much always came in good condition. I guess if we had to nit-pick you could say Cormier could have used more back density and his arms aren't the best.

Yeah I saw him offseason before the 2003 Mr. O along with Ronnie was king. Cormier was fucking huge with a small waist and calves. Had to be at least 280

Chris was incredible, always the best guy on the tour and easiest to deal with. He should have won the ASC a couple of times at least. Still mates to this day and I am happy to see he is in a good place now, training a good group at Gold's Venice. Older, wiser and still got time for everyone. We go back.

if it takes 6g/wk plus 15iu gh/day (more like 10 in chris's case) to maintain 260lbs at 6% while taking in 5000kcals/day, you must be fucking stupid to believe they'll look the same at 500mg test/wk and taking in maybe 3000kcals while eating like a normal human being and training like a RETIRED bodybuilder.

how about you stop training like your income depended on it for a few months, we'll see how quickly you shrink down... idiot.
