When I first started lifting in a friends spare room at his house,we`d lay on the bench to do benches, and on the ceiling he had thumbtacked a pic of Draper from an advertisement for inspiration!

Dave Johns died of some kind of lung disease right? U got any old pix of Ming Chew? Remember that guy? Worked out w Tom Terwilliger I think?

ming chew was a new york bodybuilder, i think he may have been featured in ironman and muscle training illustrated...he was on the cover of mmi[don't have that issue]..here's a couple of other oriental bodybuilders who were standouts in their time..they definitely qualify for this thread no bloated guts there...

a couple more... ted brown a guy who went from over 300 lbs of blubber to the guy you see in pic 3, much like bruce randall... and pic 4 some barbells etc to inspire you and me to train harder....
