wish there was a centralized posting of all their diets/workouts..
they all have a similar build/shape and must have been doing the same diets/workouts...
not just Rheo Blair stuff.. heavy cream all day..

They weren't drinking Rheo Blair crap. That's nonsense.
Pre-contest they ate meat, fish, lean proteins. Some veggies for carbs but not much. No dairy products or cheese as it has too much sodium. No baked goods.
A cheat day once a week maybe.
In addition they were taking lots of the then popular steroids. But generally only pre-contest. No year-round drugs! No reason to do that. They peaked for one or two shows a year.
Off season they ate normally.
Pre-contest they trained 4-6 days a week with splits. Off season 3-4 times a week if that much.
