Been thinking about how fix this mess and bring back some "athleticism" to it and avoid bloated blobs, drug addicts from "running the show".
Changing "judging" rules to mark down synthol owners or obvious drug addicts simply doesn't work; it's about how well you can pull it off, not the lack of.
Only thing I can think of is going back to basics; Early days bb contest had a "physicality" portion to it; much like a pageant (which is what it is) you had to demonstrate physical abilities. Bring that shit back
The rules:
- Use all the PED drugs, diuretics, synthol you want but..
- The physicality portion, which counts for 50% is judged against how many pull ups, bodyweight bench press reps, dead or squats one can do. All proportional to stage bodyweight, which motivates you to keep a balance, as startegic as a fighter.
- Physicality takes place in the morning, before the night show. No prejudging where schmoes can spank bank all afternoon, then jerk off at the holiday inn using said bank, then come back in the evening for more.
Discuss.
sounds like adding a posing round to crossfit
in both ways, the winner would look similar to Matt Froening (i belive the winner s name)
never the less it s a good idea, because i m no longer interestet in this IFBB shit
maybe make the contest more kind of a series of contests to ad a litte more need for health and force the competitors to be in shape all season and compete more often
this would help to eliminate last minute tricks like esiclene, sythol, extreme diuretics and other sad stuff
also the lighting should be dimmed, to make it possible (mandatory) to compete with a natural tan instead of this silli chocolate paste shit colour
i know the coolour is more annoying to main stremm people than most wound imagine, maybe more like acne or bitchtits
also allow the competitors to wear sneakers or basecaps and swim wear or watches of a known brand to get some new sponsors beside the supplement scammers
no more mini thongs but also no wide shorts like in men s bikini

(maye a rule: max lenght of shorts that keep 2/3 of the quads visible)
mandatory poses should be talked over as well , to give the competitors more space to be creativ
