Mine is O.K for a 51 year old ~

I'm not super-lean or super-big, but my arms do O.K ~

I would like to spend more time on myself but as a trainer, all you really wanna do is go home at the end of the day.

Super cold, no carb, no pump measurement first thing in the AM~ I was actually surprised. Had the tape been pulled straight across the depth of the Triceps I might have been closer to 18" cold. As you know, I'm only 5'6" (maybe 5'7") at 190 lbs.

Trust me, I know measurements mean nothing. I would still like to have an 18" cold measurement though... whatevah

early yrs smaller hair version had a great flowing classic build that was pro card worthy or at least Canada's junior level nat winning look

nesy yrs shave head was a beast bigger,freaker they both stand up well tell you the truth ..

Hazbin and Groink look amazing in theirs.
I hate the front double biceps in pre contest- mine is always pathetic until two weeks out when I graduate to mildly acceptable. From the back is another story. Oh well. Groink post your arm routine, cycle and DNA sequence please.

Front double bi is only proper when you show your waist and legs.

Talk all you the shit u want about Basile but y'all have to admit...his front double bi is the best of any true get bigger.

I posted pretty much a proper one ,,my legs by design always seem to carry a full shot I post tho...my arms even today are decent not like these guys here ..

bob looked good til he turned pro. he won the Canadians after I had done them the first time and I remember thinking he didn't look much If any better than me. one problem was I never did the nationals two years in a row, so the judges were never looking for me.
