What's the story with ephedrine shrinking your dick?

Is this true?  I know ephedrine constricts blood vessels but what effect does this have on one's dick?  Thanks!

cuts bloodflow to the extremeties..Just like cocaine... :(
Also gives some cold hands and feet. The shrinkage is only temporary, and goes away after most of the ephedrine is eliminated by the body..

Thanks guys thats exactly what I wanted to know.  Also, I seem to get about an hour of sleep every night I'm on ECA.  I swear I see every hour on my clock.  I'm not tired during the day though is this bad?  I can't imagine it's good.  I put on a real clean 10lbs right before I started dieting and I'm concerned about losing too much muscle mass because it sure didn't come easily.

If you're truly only getting an hour or so of sleep each night, that's not good.  It WILL eventually catch up with you.

What time of the day are you taking your ECA?  If anything take it in the morning or early afternoon to avoid it keeping you up at night.

I usually take my final dose around 8 PM or so.  I usually don't call it a night till maybe 1 though.  I suppose I need to just take it earlier.  I'll take my last one at 6 today and see how i feel.

Yeah, I'd definitely take it earlier in the day, if possible.  I know it's tough to do though especially if you train after work/at night.

yeah, snorting the two is a very similar experience.   IMO ephedra is a bit too much...

Yeah I have started to take my last dose at 4.  Still not sleeping real sound but much better.  Thanks for the tips guys!   Oh yeah, anyone have any idea how long it takes to eliminate all the ephedrine from your body?

Serum half-life of ephedrine is 3 - 6 hours.
