3) Sulfur feeds cancerous tumors.  Cancer cell metabolism is dependent upon methionine being in the diet; whereas, normal cells can grow on a methionine-free diet (feeding off of other sulfur-containing amino acids).  This methionine-dependency has been demonstrated for breast, lung, colon, kidney, melanoma, and brain cancers.31,32  Increasing methionine in the diet of animals promotes the growth of cancer.33

beer is extremely high in sulfur one of the highest sulfur foods available

but the good thing is there is no methionine in it

eggs meat and shit like that have plenty of methionine in it

now here is a chart of high methionine vegetables http://wholefoodcatalog.info/nutrient/methionine/vegetables/high/
but these numbers are very low compared to meat

per 100 g of meat you get around 1.5 grams of methionine
per 100 g of the highest meth containing veg you get 160mg of methionine

apparantley sulfur does good'things' for you and beer has most all foods beat in sulfur content

now a person will fall in the cancer RISK category if they combine sulfur foods with foods high in methionine.

now what is tragic is soy protien, cheese, nuts have just as much methionine as meats do 1.5gram meth per 100 grams of food. This sucks cant eat those anymore

There is also evidence of cancer promoting effects of methionine mediated through a powerful growth stimulating hormone, called insulin-like growth factor - 1 (IGF-1).34  Meat and dairy products raise IGF-1 levels and promote the growth of cancers of the breast, colon, prostate, and lung.35

Sulfur is an essential component of all living cells. It is the seventh or eighth most abundant element in the human body by weight, being about as common as potassium, and a little more common than sodium or chlorine. A 70 kg human body contains about 140 grams of sulfur.

You can get your sulfur from onions and garlic. Are you just looking for ways to justify your own heavy drinking?

If you are concerned about IGF so much maybe you should reconsider your high sugar diets LOL.

i remember when IGF was a good thing to obtain in the bb mags in the 90s lol

you know i can empathize with your side of the argument, but if i cut out the sugars im only left with a low carb diet

i just dont see how i would get much done on a peanut and kale diet and beans

because thats basically would be my diet being a vegetarian

Why is high fructose corn syrup nothing to worry about? I want a minimum of 5 peer reviewed papers to back up that claim. You get a fuck you with every reply simply because of how you choose to go about business. You can't simply say something that is terrible for is good for you because it contains one ingredient that has benefits. Its like saying well processed foods contains high levels of certain vitamins there for eat plenty of it.

the problem is, you do very limited research and instead just copy and paste garbage. Fuckin dick head
hfcs isnt anything to worry about if your drinking grapejuice and applejuice, arent they very similar to hfcs?

they claim all sugars harden the arteries, yet we pretty much have no alternative to sugars if we want a functioning brain and to complete manual labor

when i used to have my old job i would be doing keto diets on the construction site, always nibbling on my tuna and relish bullshit, sure i was lean but would also binge  now and then but i didnt feel that healthy

ill take it one step further, and say that is the diet of anderson silver a low carb meat diet. i dont want frail bones or a bald head

what is my opinion on them?

well im pretty certain although not 100 percent that it doesnt matter in terms of energy and fatloss

i make my own raison bread wich is all gluten bread and raison, i eat a shitload of that working and feel fantastic

sure i could substitute that for oatmeal but wouldnt get the same kick an would have less energy

I always get more energy out of the slower digesting carbs like sweet potatoes or oats.

Sugar spikes my energy and then crashes. But slow carbs keep me cooking long through the day. And if makes sense: more stable blood sugar levels. You aren't jacking your insulin as much with slower digesting carbs. Less IGF as well.

No. Your issue is that you lack variety of important foods. Why are you not consuming seaweed, spinach, chia seeds, hemp hearts??? All super foods LOADED with vitamins. The amount of Omega 6 and 9 in two table spoons of hemp hearts is equal to taking like 3 of those horse pill omega pills.

Why are you not consuming other important foods such as grass fed butter, almond butter, almond milk, coconut milk? You have many many options as a vegetarian or vegan that you simply are not utilizing.

All Great points but regarding the hemp hearts.....the whole goal of Omega supplementation is to boost your ratio of 3:6. (3's being deficient in modern diets, and being the most "important" omegas so to speak).

My mistake on that.

"Unlike some other seeds, there is no need to grind Hemp Hearts to get at the incredible nutrition. They are full of protein with 10 grams of complete plant-based protein per 30 gram (3 tablespoons) serving size. Hemp Hearts are also a great way to add omegas or EFAs (essential fatty acids) to your diet. According to the World Health Organization, the ideal ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3 EFAs is 4:1 and the naturally occurring ratio in Hemp Hearts is 3.75:1. Hemp Hearts contain more protein and Omega-6 & 3 and less carbs than a similar serving of Chia or Flax."

Jonathan needs to revamp asap.

 8)

PS that ratio given but the WHO should be more heavily weighted on the value of 3's.

If you want a better functioning brain focus on the consumption of vitamins as well as neotropics and WATER. As well, you say you make yourself home made gluten bread. You're aware of how the body reacts to gluten, correct? Inflammation being a major factor. Gluten is crap for the body.

Sugary drinks such as soda and juice are some of the absolute worst things you can be consuming on a daily basis. Judging by your diet, you are consuming far too many things which are really bad for you. And in terms of taking this or that to "feel great" it's all just a placebo effect with you. You start consuming one thing and you instantly believe that you're feeling better.

Wrong Jonathan. All wrong.
curious to see your current pic beside your current diet theory. ive posted my current video im nothing spectacular but it somewhat proves a lowfat bread diet with veggies and fruits and beer is good for your

we cant really consider chiro flexs advices at this point because he doesnt claim to be natural
