Not sure how perceptive some of you cats are but has anyone else noticed that most car and bank commericals on TV star Asians?  They are essentially selling to the demographic of people that have cash in America and it seems to be them.  Just pay attention next time you watch TV.

half the home sales in my area have been to rich Chinese , and most of those were paid in cash. The neighborhood is too far from public transport to be 'enriched' by democrat city planners, and there's no new developments being built so prices are still going up.

More specifically... the Chinese.

The Chinese are buying all the gold they can get.  They've been doing this for the last 10 years or so.  

IMO, the next world reserve currency will be backed by gold and it will be Chinese.  After this is announced, the US dollar value will drop by 50-75%.  Why?... because the US dollar and all other fiat currencies around the world are backed by nothing.

i live around tons of Asians, will take white trash neighbors any day of the week.  asians aren't what they're cooked up to be.

In my experience, most Asians tend to be polite, they keep to themselves, do not play loud rap music and they go to bed at a decent hour.  That's all I require from my next door neighbor.

In my experience this is true.  Honestly, I don't care what they do as long as they don't rob or attack people.  They could be quietly running a meth lab for all I care as long as the neighborhood stays safe.  Ghetto thugs on the other hand always want to drag everything down around them.

I wouldn't care if they did x, as long as they did it in their basement and the neighbourhood didn't suffer and stayed safe. Ghetto Neeguls on the other hand is just the way you explained it.

Most domestic problems we've had here in these parts (where the police have had to come) have been from Muslims though.

I don't mind Asians. Respectful, hard working and stick to themselves. Their every waking hour aren't spent looking for attention like Neebrews do.
