Switched gyms again
« on: January 10, 2014, 12:25:33 PM »
Started today again at the "upscale" one in my hometown. Nice to see females roaming about  ;D

I need some motivation to get back in shape cause I feel a little bit pathetic lately.

Yes, I need some motivation. I used to be very competitive.. I have about 15-17lbs of extra fat. I think I cannot avoid dieting  ;D

Amazingly, I am down about 10 lbs. in the last month and 20 lbs. from a year ago. Currently I weigh 195 lbs. at 5'10 1/2" -Don't know why because I haven't been dieting and I haven't been working out either except for physical therapy which included a half hour workout with weights to rebuild my leg/knee strength.

I always said that I lose weight when I don't workout and apparently that is still true for me, despite that I am old and have a much slower metabolism. Over eating has never been an issue for me though. I eat when I am hungry and stop eating when I am full. It's easy.

The above being said, I could still stand to lose some fat since I would guess that it is at about 11 or 12% right now. Just got to do it slowly so my old bag of skin doesn't sag and wrinkle.  ;D

What ever fires you up is a good thing.

I am done with PT now and plan on hitting the gym today. It's been awhile since I worked out. Not sure exactly what I plan to do besides show up there. But here's the thing, I'll be getting back into the routine and sometimes showing up is half the battle.

He probably boned that chick 6 or 7 times that day.

Exactly what I would have done.

One thing I will never have that he has is long legs. I am all torso and short legs, Arnold appears to be perfectly proportioned. Such is the luck of the draw when it comes to genetics. It's weird though since my mom was tall and my dad who was 6'5" tall had really long legs. Arnold in his heyday was an inspiration in terms of his build.

Ha, ha. I can verify that there is nothing very "cute" about being 70 years old since I am almost there. But then, I never was all that anyway.  ;D

I don't do a cycle.. I just diet. If I decide to do a cycle it'll be once I reach 6% clean.

What brought to this point? You can do it sev, I have seen you transform yourself in a few weeks many times. The mind controls the body.

I have the muscle at the natural limit just with 15 lbs of fat on top .. shitty eating brought me here and a lack of discipline which sickens me

Time to get disciplined

Stay calm and call anabolihalo,he`s had the same type of recent experience with doors!  LOL  :D

Hey bud, seriously, you remind me a lot of Jeff King,he could whip himself into shape almost at will altering his whole appearance drastically.

I`m not bad at it myself, but your transformations have been nothing short of incredible.

Get your head right, slowly wean certain foods out of your diet and add in others that are better suited, put in the hard work, and get it done brother!

Good luck Sev whatever you decide to do.....BUT....this vicious cycle will never end.

What are you doing this for?

The futility of it all is beyond ridiculous. Gain fat, gain weight, lose fat lose weight, you can't maintain that condition forever without drugs and all the complications that comes with that and EVEN if you could at what cost? Who exactly are you trying to impress?

I understand the competitive nature in you but hasn't this challenge become a little old and redundant?

You still really in love with this game?

How about a new challenge or something new?

What about running a marathon and raising lots of money for charity, or if you are not an altruistic in character what about a triathlon or getting a belt or two in Judo or Jitisu or boxing?

There are lots and lots of things you can do and will begin to enjoy if you have them a chance but you have to put your ego aside and see the real picture and get over your obsession with fake muscle.

You can become a real athlete not an aesthetic guinea big.

You will find it rewarding both physically and spiritually, you will be able to be highly competitive, have fun as well as enjoy your life.

Remember you only got 1.

I will tell you a little secret douche ..the only reason I do this is to feed my enormous ego because he loves nothing more than the feeling of despair and hopelessness that arises in the minds of genetically inferior specimens such as your sorry ass self and others like you. I obviously disguise it under getting in shape, health, love for the iron bla blah .. in reality it is pure egotistical pleasure when you own someone by crushing a lifetime in the gym and dreams in 6-8 weeks.

I hope this helps you BJ  ;D

PS: I did run marathons on your mom and the money went straight to her supporting your autism. So stop being an ungrateful little prick.
