我常說:練健美;「吃」很重要!也很花錢!但事實上在台灣大部分練健美的朋友們;都不太注意「吃」!
共同的現象就是:
*不是亂吃吃太多,要不然就是吃太少!
*而且雖然是亂吃或吃太少;但卻過度依賴營養補品!也從不自己準備餐食!
至於怎麼「吃」?我的書已經寫的很清楚,不再贅述。
