When I come off gear,I train just as hard as always, but I eat cleaner all of the time,add in a bit of cardio,and look basically the same,with a little less cuts and slighly less vascularity in certain areas.
I lose a few reps on mainly bigger exercises,my bigger lifts go down just a tad poundagewise,most smaller exercises stay about the same.
I even set new PR`s in the gym when off for quite a while on some exercises.
If I don`t eat good,I put on fat......... mostly in the oblique and lower back areas.
In essence,I`m not one to simply rely on gear by any means....I always pay my dues in the gym,and have a passion for training hard.
I use it to enhance my physique, as well as the feeling of well being it gives me,but if it was never invented,my passion for training would still be the same.
