Author Topic: 2013 IFBB Prague - Kai raping the competition (Read 9858 times)

Kai is the biggest but Dexter has the best body.

Considering bodybuilding of today, all three look pretty good.

Branch is looking better than he has in awhile.

Dexter is becoming a legend in my opinion. He is one of the most consistent bodybuilders ever. One Olympia title is better than none.

If we could just change the torso on todays bodybuilders.......

Nah, in terms of size and conditioning Kai is better in this video, Dex is more pleasing aesthetically but in terms of muscle size, definition and what today's judges go by, Kai is way ahead, he made them look like they compete at 212.

hes so much bigger +wider than Dex

but Dex is a freak in retaining such a great top 6 physique for 15 years- this is amazing

When he hits ANY pose or just standing there relaxed you can see there's a huge difference. I remember the days when Branch was known for his quads. It was to the point where many felt they were over developed and his upper body needed to catch up. Kai makes Branch's quads look small.

The video is also of a high enough quality that you can really see the condition Kai is in.

Sheer size Kai is dominating! Dex looks great, his lines are perfect! Kai's physique does not flow, he will never beat Phil! Branch looks better there but still shouldn't be compared to those two!

Not just the sheer size but the conditioning is better than Dex. I never cared for much for Kai because of all public gay stuff but he's really won me over. Especially the way he treated Ramy in a somewhat awkward moment for Ramy. Seems like a really nice guy.

It was obviously an awkward moment for Ramy. Ramy is a foreigner coming to America to take their title, a Muslim and well aware of the stigma attach to it, couldn't speak the language, was a new comer and not part of the boys, not overbearing and naturally polite and low keyed and didn't want to impose himself.... of course his natural reaction is to just hang back and let the long time vets and friends pal around. And of course it was an uncomfortable situation for him and it just isn't his nature to just force himself in the "in" crowd. Kai, who is a bit of an outcast himself, pick up on this immediately and was very sensitive to it. He's the kind of guy that notices the fat girl in the room, the skinny shy twink standing off in the corner. I think it really showed some real character and humanity in Kai. Seems like a good and decent guy when it comes to how he treats other people.
