Yates sure had a dense grainy look. It does seem those pros who train heavy do have a denser look to them instead of inflated soft muscle.

Yes, it causes you to tear muscles and tendons, leading to a pitted, grainy look where the scar tissue builds up.

Dorian got the grainy look by scrubbing himself with a sponge dipped in grains of sand. The micro grains tore through the subcutaneous tissue and some of it got stuck under the healing skin.

haha, sure lifting heavy will do this.

but in reality,if you think about it, you sure have sen the small guys who are evn more grainy, and they dont lift heavy.

so.low bodyfat, genetics, the right drugs.this order.

im sick of the bs that todays ros train less hard than the 90s guys,oh brother.

the difference is they take more gh and insulin and steroids, all of which add to skin thickness, subcutane fat, intramuscular fat, and water under the skin.
all the diuretics int he world arent enough to get rid of the water on todays guys.

they eat the same, they train the same, they cardio the same, the difference is simply more drugs and thats that.,

and way to go, showing yates, a one in a million never seen again invisible type skin guy.

my goodness the ppl will believe anything.

but phil and jay epitomize the blowupdoll look and they both train like girls

Jay Cutler used to train pretty heavy back then when he was emulating Ronnie and still heterosexual.
