Question for Parker re: KBB car values

So I've been looking at getting a new vehicle and one model I like is the Cadillac Escalade EXT.  I looks up the used prices on kbb and they are reasonable but the ads I'm finding online are asking almost double that.

I know KBB isn't the one and only blue book dealers use but I'm not understanding why there is such a huge price gap. Please provide input, thank you.

I'm not Parker but keep in mind dealer markups are the biggest bullshit increases in price, then you got packages and options and even things like certain colors will jack up the price.

I just bought a car last week and went through the same study lol.
