i think we can all argue that sprints are THE BEST EXERCISE for cardio vascular and over all muscle building
beer helps acitvate all cyclinders for a sprint
this only works on a carb based diet
here is what i had today
3 bowls of mixed grain cereal
2 bananas
concentrated lemon juice mixed with about 8 table spoons of sugar
after work, drink 3 beers run a shitload of sprints, crazy intensity
quinoa/barley/millet with mixed veggies stir fry low fat meal
huge bowl of oatmeal
