everyone says if they done proeprly theyre safe.

i say they not needed and best avoided altogether if you want a good physique.

lets face it,its exercises for the fatties where they use straps kneebends and half rom to feel better about themselves(atleast im strong bro,whats your lift?)

can add benchpress to that, esp the powerlift type with more accesssoires-lifting gear than hollywood celebs wear for oscar nomination night,and bent their backs to an u and uses shortest rom possible to make it legal.

and snatchtes oh brother, its basicaly an upright row,then swing the weight and get under it followed by half rep shoulder pres.
why not be less a retard and do a set of upright row and keep the tension on muscle,followed by a proper set of shoulder press.

safe is a relative term, its relatively safe to jump from a 2 story building ::)

fuck the gurus who say those are somehow mandatory.and fuck the old school blabla.

I have to agree. I looked like shit when I did a lot of bench, squat and DL. Now I do more TUT and ROM work with dumbbells and bodyweight exercises.

I still look like shit, but at least I didn't go backwards.  :-\

Rack deadlifts are way better than full range deadlifts for BBing, much safer and you can have a far higher time-under-tension on the upper / midback with a heavy weight.. much less CNS fatigue too.

Squats are safe if done properly, but 99.9% of people do them like retards. I haven't been over 3 plates for a couple of months since tweaking my back and you can make 315 brutally hard if you do it slowly, use a full range and squeeze out of the bottom

Bench, I love this lift and I was pretty good at it, but DBs are much much better for shoulder health even if you bench with perfect form.

Snatches, if not an oly lifter or college athlete then LOL @ you for doing this as you're either a milk-fed Riptard or a Crosstwit.

the bar holds itself together, you dont have to lift it to your center line which is what the pecs would do

Very true. The problem is with dumbbell bench press is guys use a limited range of motion and then they can't find dumbbells big enough. I agree all the way that dumbbells hit the chest harder for exactly the reason you stated that the humerus moves through a more complete range of motion toward the mid line of the chest.
