First 80/90% of the french prison are muslim.
Second, we colonised algeria, which wasn't a state when we arrived there, it was a group of useless tribe of pirate and barbare, it was a shihole of dust and sand. When we left 180 years later it was a kind of paradise, full of gaz and petrol with road bridge school and health system we build. The rest is history, we bring back the paradise to ppl who quickly came back to the pirate/barbaric state so they need to come to France.

Problem for me is simple, the less evoluted ppl generally live over rich subsoil so they need white man to do something with it.
