Nothing to do with the amount of protein you eat, has to do with your kidneys not being able to process it correctly. Two main causes are hypertension (high blood pressure) or diabetes. Did they test you for either? Are you on blood pressure meds? Push your doc to test your blood pressure and run a pre diabetes test.Some findings are diet sodas, primarily aspartame kills your kidney. bodybuilders drink a lot when dieting to avoid sugars but don't realize how toxic they are. Always dilute. Apple cider vinegar is very acidic and can burn the tissues in your mouth and throat. Always dilute it to a 10-1 (water to ACV) ratio.
