Security1 if you're out there, I sure could use some advice

I'm a newb in this bidness. I need a veterans advice to newbs in the security bidness. I also need a workout plan so I can fill the sleeves and out in my uniform. I notice triples on bench and meatball subs work well for you.

Security1 is YAGR,Asif,Steelhorse,Jon Harridan etc not someone who really has worked with security.
