Dang, who knew Nepal had a coast?

View from the Office. ...Nepali Coast...bodybuilding related, I was sipping on a Myoplex shake and eating 14 buckwheat pancakes, 2 dozen hardboiled eggs, 2 10-egg white omelets, 3 pounds of bacon, 9 sausage patties, 4 cantaloupes, 8 green apples, 7 oranges, 6 cups of oatmeal, a loaf of ezekial toast, 30 grilled chicken breasts, 9 cups of brown rice and 10 pieces of texas-style french toast while I took the photo. ..gotta keep the nitrogen levels balanced even while taking in a nice sunset  ;D

Go4It, do you ever get tired of being out at sea? ... looking around and seeing water a lot of the time ... not having choices to go where ya wanna go when you're off duty etc. I'm sure that you thought the views were spectacular your first few months or year on board, but after awhile doesn't it all become less memorable?

The biggest perk of your job (it seems) for a good-looking single guy who's in shape (no homo) is the ease to always be meeting new women who wanna have a good time.  But other than that, i'd feel trapped on a ship.  I've done tons of travelling in my life (and actually now spend all my winters in South America) and I love the freedom to just wander and discover new interesting stuff wherever I find myself.  I guess that's why i've never had any interest in booking a cruise for a vacation (let alone working on one.)

But don't get me wrong, you're still livin' the dream compared to many others who have dull boring lives.

I'm pretty sure that EDB is a straight guy, so don't become too personal.

not really just because my ship is in port every day and we have 2 overnights...my schedule us perfect too..I start work at 6am work until about 10am..I then go train after that I usually get some food then head to the beach..my second shift starts around 4pm and I get out around 9 to 10pm..so Im still able to go out drinking, dinners, dates and what not..on overnights I can rent cars/hotel rooms..I have alot of freedom. .on other ships that have a lot of sea days..im sure crew would feel trapped at times.
