my dad went to kent.  he and my uncles also went to rhodes (sp?) high school and we good friends with drew carey.  he came to my grandfather's house quite a few times.  spent every thanksgiving in ohio (cleveland) since i was a kid.  still go back when i can.  dad also now owns a business in springfield along with my godfather so i make to dayton/springfield every couple of years.  a lot of people think ohio sucks.  i won't really argue but anything is better than baltimore/skidmark, maryland.  people from ohio seem pretty normal, whatever that means.  at this point, i'll take that over the riff raff any day.

I'm originally from Akron, and a Kent State alum.  I can't believe, out of all thousands of people on this board, there are others from Akron and Kent State.  I guess it's a small world after all.
