I`ve seen the Moon Bench....not sure where,but I think it was in a gym called Henry Jays Health Club....Ed Jubinville trained there before opening his own gym and more than likely made the Moon bench for that gym.

I also make kind of a modified swingbell at times to do reverse wrist curls......works great for this particular exercise.

When I was in high school I saw one of those magic squatting circles in someone's trash. I knew immediately what it was from buying Ironman magazines. I held my prize for about a minute then thought I will just stick to regular squats and left it.

It's funny how Zane bought the rights to Moore's leg blaster then implied he invented and called it Zane's leg blaster.

I've seen the squat thing, and I actually have a swingbell...but I've never seen a moon bench..but now I really want one just for stretching

As far as Zane goes,I love the photoshopped pic that everyone believes is legit........he`s older in the pic, and looks better than he ever did in his life.

I`m a long time fan of Zane,but that kinda` stuff is just ridiculous.

I`ve seen people on boards defend these pics to the max as if they were anywhere near legit...clear photoshop job,and even sadder is that Zane himself says they`re real.

the young falcon new the value oof the swingbell, easiest piece of equipment to make 18 inch bar or heavy pipe barbell plates and two collars and your in business . overhead  tricep extensions or laying down can be done, curls for biceps front raises, wrist curls and more. i've sibe added 20 lbs to mine making it 75 lbs..... more to come.[hey i'm old what do you want]
