its the same thing when a non CPA talks about tax.  its most always cringeworthy. 

I always get a kick out of news correspondents and members of congress talking about how the gay couples "will be allowed to file MFJ in 2013 on their federal return even if their state bans gay marriage" like that's a good thing for them. 

i'm sitting there thinking, "wow, they are being given the right to pay more tax to the federal government."  "Um...yay?"

They do this all the time.....and yeah libs its a big deal. Replace the gun terms with medical or legal terms...its about credibility. This guy is a retard. It also shows lack of prep on his part. I'd like to know the stats on people who have class 3 (automatic weapons) fire arms licenses and crime. You don't here about to many mass killings will M249 Saws or mini guns.

You don't need to be an expert..and tax law is a hell of a lot more complicated then what this idiot was trying to get across but come on.
