yeah many ppl take the efedrine too soon, for fuck all basicaly.
what i mean, at a level where noone should be using it.
fatburners are for when you hit the plateau, the little extra.
the fatburning effect itself is small, the useful thing is it keep those brutal hunger panic attacks at bay, gives energy to fight the lethargy, increases training energy, and thus overall helps to stay active.
the fatburing still comes from training, diet and being active.
its just a diets finishing touch.
if pl say ill use it from the getgo and then see, they will be disapointed.
same with anto estrogens, they should come in when you hit a wall.
another thing is,efedrine has a high tolerance factor, as in, you get used to the dosage pretty quick and the effect will be smaller unless you up the dose or take a break.
i dont even use it, e and clen have made my heartrate go up at times,for few seconds only, to where it felt like a machinegun.
this can mean a very close call to a stroke.
