i know there was a small fire a couple of years back and it closed for a little while, like 6weeks

11 degrees right now in nyc....and snow everywhere....my dog needs to poop and wont do it in
my apartment on the pad....took him outside and he turned and came back in....poor dog..

i guess he will eventually go on the wee-wee pad...peeing no problem...pooping he hates doing it inside
