Mike Tyson asked about lifting weights on his tour thing
« on: January 23, 2014, 10:13:50 AM »
Some guy asked a question what sort of weights did you put up. Tyson said he only really went heavy on standing militarys as they developed his punch, claims a 310lb single!  :o

Just started to read it.  So far it is a great read.  Appears to be searingly honest.

And google 14yr old Tyson on YouTube...the natural speed is breathtaking.

The book is great. Very honest, and a good size book, so you feel like you've got your money's worth.

Here's the HBO version of the play for those that haven't seen it -

Iron Mike was a freak of nature before the drugs, booze and money ruined him. He was a contender for the best of all time before he prematurely wrecked his career by self destruction.
