she was transferred to another department for a while and i'd ask her thai friend (also female) where is your friend

then lst week her friend came to tell me "hey my friend she came back now

It's not rocket science. Approach her after work before she heads out the door and just say. Wow, what a long day. I would like it if you'd join me for some drinks at ....? Make sure other co-workers aren't listening because those fucking ants will invite themselves to go with you guys. Make sure you say the part " I would like it if you'd join me " not do you wan to join me. This way you are making it personal and directed to her.

well she works at a different departmenrt so i only see her in the cafetaria

she sits with her colleagues i sit with mine

we just have these sweet one-two minute talks at the microwave while heating our rice (she also always brings rice)

during her transfer to the other department i would not see her for over a month

i missed her so much i walked all the way over there pretending to look for soemene

then said

OH.. WHAT A COINCIDENCE...SO LONG TIME

and she was also happy

OH... YOU COME AND SEE ME HERE OK YOU COME SEE ME OK

so basically i'd have to walk all the way over there at the end of the day and ask her out

but she probably car poools and she leaves as the clock strikes time and i have to stay later and all that jazz

maybe i just have to ask her number at lunch tell her i'd like to see her sometime?
