I got a touch n go 605 raw in contest at a body weight 401. Got a 600 in contest paused with press command body weight 404. I got a drug tested 578 in World level contest at body weight 399. And I got numerous 500 plus' raw in the 275 weight class up through SHW. Light weight classes were untested SHW classes were tested.

Damn Mike, I knew you were a big dude but 400+ wow!  Don't see too many PL'ers that big.  I get up into the 308 class and I'm not feeling too good.  The 275 class is what I like the best.

Im sitting 370 right now and should hit a 600 plus raw in contest this June, hoping to qualify for the WPC Worlds in West Palm Beach in Nov. I won the WPC worlds in 2012 in Las Vegas with a 560 something cant remember was 384 at that contest. Then hit the 578 in July of this year tried 603 about the same time in a sanctioned meet and missed it.

I'm up and down on my bodyweight all depends on how I feel, some years I like to look down and see my dick others I dont care. I've been as high as 422 and as low as 253 all in the last 5 yrs. Would like to get to 300 and hit a tested/clean 600 raw.

I'm shocked the thread has gone this long.....hey wolf how tall.

Look at a guy like the late Mike Jenkins..never in a million years guess he was 400LBs.

Were you born strong - meaning - did you exhibit great strength at an early age? Serious question. Your strength is amazing, drugs or not. Just curious about the genetic part.

Hit 505 raw and 535 single ply in the 90's.competed in the WNPF and APA.6'5" and 300 lbs. Getting near 50 and have osteo arthritis. Those days of benching are over.

I'm 5 foot 10 like it all depends on how I feel on what my bodyweight is. One season i might be a 275er then the next a SHW again. It is really easy for me to go up but here lately coming down is kinda tough.

I was not born strong in high school i was a chubby fat kid that tried to be a skater, then a punk, then a wanna be wigger and then my junior and senior years I tried to play football at which I sucked. i was not athletically gifted at all, still aint!

It was not til I was out of high school I found my love for bench pressing. I'm built perfectly for it and excelled at it once I learned how to train for it. But no I've never been one who was naturally strong I have had to bust my ass to get here.
